Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UH Manoa and is a key force in driving project success from start to finish in her role as Project Manager.
She is responsible for coordinating field work, managing the preparation and review of submittals, scheduling project activities, and overseeing the procurement of materials.
Additionally, she plays a key role in selecting and coordinating subcontractors to ensure that each phase of construction meets project goals and quality standards. With a proactive approach and attention to detail, Melissa is committed to delivering efficient, successful project outcomes.

Mohammed brings over 8 years of experience in construction management, field operations, and quality control to his role as Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Construction Management.
Throughout his career, Mohammed has contributed to a variety of major projects, including underground reservoir construction, luxury apartment developments, and bridge infrastructure. His expertise includes project coordination, budget management, subcontractor oversight, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
